"I was hoping with this that we would have a way to eat more kale basically because we would eat so much more kale and colligrams. If it wasn't a huge thing that takes up so much room in your refrigerator, it's not that hard to make," she says. "But I really, really love making sauteed greens. Like it's just such a nice addition to any dish."
