I think that the question of whether something cannot be political is an interesting one, and i don't honestly know the answer. Buti do think in a country where there are imperatives, that you have a sort of right on behalf of others, or on behalf of the collective,. I oe nno, ye. So i think being able to write wholly separately from politics is really only a privilege that writers in the prosperous liberal states of the west have really enjoyed traditionally.
