Introduction

In a world where victimhood is becoming currency and blame is becoming the norm, we have a choice. We only grow when we take accountability. The accountability can be painful, uncomfortable, but in that discomfort exists the only bridge to a better to morrow. That's it. You go to the gim you put your muscles through stress. You break them down so they can be built back up stronger. Personal responsibility cannot be the muscle we refuse to build.
