Do You Have Nighttime Leg Coughs From Lifting?

People who do get nighttime leg cramps from lifting, the times that I've had this come up as an issue with the client has been when they train very close to bedtime. And so if you can do a trial of changing the training around time wise, you may find out that it's more temporally related. But yeah, wouldn't recommend electrolytes and wouldn't recommend prophylactic stretching or anything like that. That's where we're back to iron deficiency and colon cancer. It all comes back to, yeah, anemia.
