Are ETFs Going to Close the Loophole?
I think it's fascinating that this tax loophole has existed for as long as it has. If the entire industry were to move from mutual funds to ETFs, the amount of money the government is going to lose in cap gains is pretty meaningful. But then again, crazier shit happens all the time. And so I always wonder, you know, how much has rich dad, poor dad had all these unintended consequences now all these years later where those are the first books every teenager may be read?
