Are You Getting Attraction With Recruiters?
You have to own that power to your word, renarda. There'll be points where you were lying with a business because er, what you bring to th business and what they bring to you is equal. But there's this feeling from professionals that, because they don't get attraction with recruiters, they make feel like it's the best thing for them to apply directly witis employers. Now i challenge that, personally and with my clients. I say the best thing you can do for your career, a long term, if you interested in progression, an advancement, is to make great connections with two to four recruiters. Rit i took advantage of those relationships.
