The Fourth Watch of the Night
In Matthew's gospel, Jesus went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. When you pray, go into your room, close the door, get alone, and pray to your father who is unseen,. Then your father who sees what is done in secret, that can be translated in the secret place, will reward you. And here is Jesus living it, life out of the secret place; he would argue this is a key to his non-anxious presence.
