The topic of this micro-Interview with @adultingadhd is RSD: Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, commonly experienced by many ADHDers. There are some in the ADHD community that dispute if RSD is real, but Rach and I strongly disagree! We are RSD Warriors not 'just worriers', as we were both dismissed as in childhood!

In just ten(sih) minutes the LEGENDARY Rach shares experiences of and top tips to combat the dysphoric perception of rejection that so many of us battle daily. I'm the queen of RSD so really appreciate Rach's advice.
