There are things that really can help. From the standpoint of a scouts, for example, and sort of preventing any use of the stereotype or as much use as possible. I do think just knowing about things is also helpful,.Knowing about the fact that even beneath our consciousness, these stereotypes can shape our perceptions of people and their performance.
