A whole section of the new book is about meetings. I am eager to offend these people because they have no right to be offended. Toby who is a friend who runs Shopify is also a programmer and he wrote a little script that canceled every recurring meeting in the company for every employee. He said all those recurring meetings have just been canceled. If they were really important you can go ahead and start them up again but you need everyone to agree that they were important.
