Julia Fox: goblin mode is like giving a stupid name to something very real for a lot of people i don't know if it's a good thing. It kind of makes light of it which in some ways you think oh maybe it's like destigmatizing it but then it's also like it'd be destigmatization it, she says. "It really feels to me that though obviously there's this huge pressure to be perfect and we absolutely should not have that pressure" 'You still need a level of accountability in your life to be happy,' Julia adds.
