The Importance of Firstness in an Interview

Many of us would never share that in a job interview, right? Because we don't get integrity points for being honest about our emotional health or physical well-being. That's firstness in our day as it was then. Their values built in abilities, accomplishments, and knowledge. And these seen on display as early as kids in a buffet line to the 20, 30 times you're going to have to whiteboard for an interview.
