So if you have a choice of all lenders, you're going to go with the one that gives you the best features and the best rate. Because of taking into account the buffers and everything else. The buffers, the vacancy, and then also the higher repayment. If I've got a lender that's going to take into account 60% of my rent amount versus 80% ofMy rent amount, surely I'm going to that lender that takes into account 80% because that means I can maybe borrow more money. And sometimes even if serviceability is not an issue for the first investment property
