Leah: "I tried to overcompensate this with trying to seem very certain about the things that I did and not allowing myself to make a lot of mistakes" She says we need to learn, for example, how to give good feedback. The only way around this is to have personal connections again, she says. Leah: It's so important to be vulnerable because we should be realistic about what is expected from people.
