The 1491s is a comedy group made up of four native men from Minnesota and Montana. The band has been working on the series reservation dogs for several weeks. "I've gotten the chance to see the ways in which all these native people and native tribes and nations are similar to each other," he says. He also did an internship at the American Indian Film Festival Institute.
