Vowel Harmony in Turkish
In Turkish, the high vowel will change its quality depending on the previous vowel. The rounding harmony only affects high vowels, which is how you end up with e and ooh. I'm trying to develop a three-vowel proto-lang into a vowel harmony system. That sounds like it can be done.
