The Apprenticeship - Part 4 - Social Intelligence
You might even be able to get them on the phone or for coffee, right becase thy're not being sworn by the stuff. And then this fourth section is to see people as they are and to develop social intelligence. I thought it was really interesting that he includes this section, because it's a big part of the book. It seems like a huge part, based on his research, of understanding mastery is knowing how to read and interact with people.
