The Right Brain Matters More Than the Words Coming Out of Your Mouth

Your right brain matters way more to the story teller than the words coming out of your mouth which are mediated mostly by your left hemisphere. There's almost always a reason for neglect there's something driving the neglect so if your dad never paid attention to you the question is why didn't he pay attention to you. Your task as a story engage her is to make an incoherent narrative more coherent that's what we're doing when we bear witness to a story. We are attempting to help them get clearer about what was actually true to make an inconsistencies more coherent.
