When ferguson happened, and cities were on fire, i was able to walk around and tell stories in a way that a lot of people couldn't. I had agents tell me that i wasn't really palatable enough for cabl television. And this was after i had served as somebody's national spokes person for a presidential campaign where i was on t v almost every day.
