I Am the Centre of All Our Experience
In the centre of all experience is the subject, the experiencer. Thei becomes clearer and clearer to the extent to which we put it into practice. If you are attending to anything other than yourself, you're going out of the heart. That if we areself of the heart, focusing our attention on the heart is being in the heart. I hope that's clear.
