The Importance of Forgiveness

I think there's some self preservation, self protection. Maybe there's a pride thing in there. And I also think that there is you really hit the nail in the head about it's hard to forgive somebody else if I'm not a forgiving person. If I'm score, it's much harder to receive forgiveness. Yeah. You think you're not worthy of it. Mm hmm. That's absolutely I think shame is underneath all so much of that deep feelings of shame. But it's interesting because when you told me you called me to apologize, the funny thing is I didn't remember what it was for. Because to me, I just thought, oh, that's great
