The Hybrid of in Person and Virtual Sessions

i was also the chair of the conference last year when we had to move it completely virtual. We put a lot of things into place that were really a challenge, but worked out well in the long run. You could not register and pick up your badge unless you had proof of full vaccination and a negative covet test. So i think putting those safety measures in place made people feel much more confident about coming. It can be a very nice option for somebody who either can't get away because of time or finances, or just simply doesn't feel comfortable being in a crowd.
