The Importance of Pushing Queues

I'm curious what your take is on the push queue. I've heard people talk about it, but to me it strikes me that it might be most useful for people who are good at pushing in squats and then you have to learn to be more cyclical. It only works well when I see people who are really being kind of dainty with their movements or they're not reaching their full range of motion in the sprinting motion. So usually I focus more on like how you said impulse, you know, I'm trying to get across to them that there is a very brief moment in time that all of our effort, all of our energy needs to be directed into that remarkably brief
