How to Resuscitate a Baby With a Pylorus
Venetia: We resuscitated the baby somewhat so we can proceed with a laparoscopic pylar myotomy. If there's no leak I'd close the patient, wait four hours after anesthesia and then start the patient on oral feed ad lib. Would you have done anything different when you saw that leak? When would you allow the baby to start eating? Some of the important questions we think about in an M&M conferences.
