How to Be a Safe Partner in Your Wife's Life

When we react and you're aware of bodies reacting, because I can see in your face that there are reactions. So the issue is when your body reacts, my message is stop. Stop, take the silence, take the mode. And before you come up with the reflexive, initial reactive defensive explanation, just stop and functionally appreciate the fact that your body reacted. Then second, have a degree of compassion for yourself, but also benevolence for the person who triggered you.
