Is the Freea American Er Sales Law Putting Pressure on Vendors to Allow Electronic Subscriptions?

i'm wondering whether we gar spilling excitiny on its head, whether they've actually come under pressure to forced to allow vendors to do this. Whether there is some sort of law in the land of freea american er sales legislation that means that vendors are allowed to do this by default. I don't it's possible that they've actually been coming under pressure to allow this, because what they re seem to be allowing doesn't seem to be any different to only the other sort of subscription things that i've signed up to. So i'm wondering if it's more of an alignment thing that they're being pushed into doing er, rather than a, you know, greedy capitalist bastard
