How Can I Break My Addiction?

Anne 73, maryville, tennessee. Hih, denis, i read too much news. It is making me anxious. But i seem to be addicted. I don't want to spend my last years worrying about my children and grandchildren like this. How can i break my addiction? Anne quit smoking forty years ago,. which i thought was the hardest thing i've ever done. This is harder. Thank you.
