How to Host an Open House

I'm actually getting my real estate license right now, not because I want to be a realtor. So yeah, I love that you're saying that. You put yourself in rooms with wholesalers and flippers and people doing something else. And it's funny because I'll do consultations with people who want to do co-hosting or something. And they're like, I just don't know who would pay me to co-host. If that comes easy to you, it doesn't to everybody else. so you have to market that portion.
