Apple has agreed to change several rules that governor's aps store is part of its settlement with developers who filed a class action lawsuit against t pany. instagram will begin cooki style prop ups, prompting users who haven't previously shared a birthdate to do so. They say they will use this information with artificial intelligence to detect when a user may have provided a false birthday and some users may then be asked to verify their age. I don't buy it one bit.
