The re invention of the rouge plant wasn't just a successful reboot for ford, it's also a great metaphor for refounding your businesss, mission and culture. Imagine that contaminated brown field site as a culture left unaddressed for too long. The machinery breaks down over time, leaving the environment toxic and corroded.
