How to Be More Mindful of Your Time

done about a year ago I wrote about it a little bit on Twitter is this experiment where I started tracking pretty much every minute of my day and I would I had a notification every 15 minutes to track my time. The only thing I had to do when the notification went off was write what I was doing for the last 15 minutes in a spreadsheet. It helped me tremendously now I haven't done it in probably a few months but I think I want to do it every few weeks perhaps justdoing it again maybe just for a few days to get back into that state of being more mindful where my time is actually going because it's the most important resource that we have right he wants your time to
