Try to allocate at least 15 to 16 minutes a day where you're not eating, drinking, walking, talking on the phone. You're going to have your phone or a computer or a pen and paper with you. And as you pick up a pattern of something that keeps popping up, write it down. Don't stop doing these, think of this batch of 15-minute tinker moments during the course of the day. There we go.
