Is Your True Limit?

I don't think most people ever understand what their true limit is. I'm not even a handful probably less than four times where I've worked with an athlete and they say this is my big goal, it's just highly improbable that that will ever be something you achieve. And then I have a bunch of runners who like have a reasonable understanding of where they are and what they're trying to do. It can open another kind of box but it does make it really challenging as well as the resources available for these things. But Kiera Demado is a great example recently when she took ten years off of running and had a careerthen her first marathon back was 346 which is a great time
