The Struggle to Find Home in English
I think language for me, English, and specifically the English language, it is the language that I'm most fluent in. And as someone who has always turned to writing to kind of make sense and make meaning of the world, like that has an end reading too. On the other hand, you know, it's fraught because I think as a person with sort of contested histories and a person with histories of colonization and genocide, English is also kind of has been a violent imposition throughout my family.
