DocuSearch's Invasion of Privacy

Amy Boyer's family filed a federal lawsuit against DocuSearch for negligence and invasion of privacy. The Ramsbergs argued that DocuSearch should have notified Amy that Liam Yalance was requesting her personal information. Had they simply typed either Liam or Amy's name into any free search engine, they would have found his website documenting his intent to kill.
