Introduction
Avianca flight 52, abowing seven o seven, with a hundred 58 people on board, is circling and waiting to land at new york's jf k airport. Bad weather in the area has forced the plane to delay and circle several times,. The crewis coming concerned that their fuel levels are too low; they realize they don't have enough fuel to reach the alternate airport of boston. At 200 feet above the ground, the crew can't find the runway and are forced to execute a go around while getting vectored for another approach.
