I'm a mega not fan of that I know some people I'm sure there's good founders who really like to do that and to show this is our chance to show our standards. If I worked at a company where when someone was let go it was like walked out all the reasons they were let go in fact I'm not even necessarily a fan of saying the person was let go. It leads to a culture where you can trust that if we do make hard decisions like we're going to respect you on your way out  that's the kind of company I want to have the thorny issues.
