What Was Access Like Between 1969 and 88?

New abortion law that came into play in 19 69 worked like this. A woman first had to get a referal from her family doctor. Abortion could only be done in an accredited hospital, and not all hospitals were doing abortions. The therapeutic abortion committee was composed of about three, four, possibly five doctors.
