Taking Québec in 1775

In 17 75, two british officers decided to launch a secret attack on quebec. But the plan fell apart when one of them died in a blizzard trying to take it. The next year, Thomas paine became an important figure in the french revolution. He was born in england and moved to america at just 37 years old. In 1776 he wrote 'common sense' which helped pave the way for independence from Britain.
