The Importance of AI in Politics
Hoffman: I am hearing sort of emergent intelligence and logic in the algorithms. But that's still giving human capabilities to other humans, which is great but not intelligence on its own. The book does a good job of surveying all the different good and bad implications of particularly this kind of AI. It doesn't say much about politics. Is that something that your sense is thinking about? And if so, should we be worried?
