When subjective expectation meets cold, hard reality. The key to all this stuff is not to stay in that dark pit. You got to climb yourself back out of the hole. So be careful not to wallow in your own self pity and just it can be very demoralizing. If there are a hundred possible feelings you can have, don't spend the night looking for the 99 ways it makes you feel bad. I look for the one way it makes me feel great.
