Shiatsu is a Japanese form of body and energy work, which involves both physical massage and spiritual healing through the use of meridian and key power manipulation. Reiki doesn't exactly require the receiver of the healing energy to be present. Most Reiki work is done that way, but you can do long distance Reiki apparently.
