What's Going on in Honduras?
In Honduras, a new law was passed in 2012 that allowed for the creation of something called Zones for Economic Development and Employment. And at the moment, there are three projects that own land within Honduras that are set up under the ZA legislation. They call Prospero, Morrazan and Orchidea. There were another of additional kind of concepts whereby there's a framework for setting up a ZA like Mariposa but haven't yet been implemented in practice due to practical reasons.
