Is This Research Project a Priority?

The first question I asked myself is when it comes to this research request, is it a team or company priority? Right? So is this project a priority for the team and or the organization? How does that, how do we answer that question? First, you can ask your stakeholder. Second, you can look at the team's strategy, their backlog, their roadmap and understand where that research project is within their roadmap. Third, what metrics are that team focused on or are the general organization focused on and will this project help to move those metrics? And fourth: What impact will the research have?
