China is leading in many ways on green initiatives, why at the same time it's also a big polluter and a greenhouse gas emitter. A new five-year plan will be released in the spring next year. From what I'm hearing, the stuff on energy would have huge implications for local companies. But again, the final details are still being hammered out.
