How to Avoid Procrastination
People know that procrastination is bad but they often can't help themselves from doing it. Even those little check-in emails will just add to a pile of stress and trigger the anxiety response of more procrastination in some cases. So sending endless emails around that to kind of nudge someone along to be able to do their work just reinforces how bad they feel which has the conversely instead of helping somebody to get through the work that they need to do actually makes them feel worse about it.
