Less than 10% of engineers have DevOps experience. One ops person for every 10 engineers is great, but that means I'm working with 10 people. At the real, we had three ops people, 100 plus engineers. So we were just like massively like just out skewed, right? And what happens is like you have culture problems. Like you have animosity start building up between teams. It's either like it's surfacing as a silo in this idea of like shadow ops or you have this like DevOps team that does the Dev Ops for you and doesn't have the experience to do so.
