A lot of our clients and many businesses have been affected negatively by that. How do you see this strategic HR person really playing a big role in a time like this? I think the strategic HR person if they're if their voice isn't will miss out on opportunities, she says. The risk that HR sometimes allows is that they allow the executive team to abdicate responsibility for people in culture to HR but it should never stop them from being a part of the discussion as well.
