The US Consumer Sentiment Survey
The University of Michigan's consumer sentiment survey came in at 63.9 from 59.2 it was unexpected to rise to 60 because of a rising current conditions and consumer expectations. The one year out inflation expectation which has fallen from 4.2% to 3.3% so is that because people are thinking well the FOMC is going to work or do their work quickly? I think as we've said you know on many occasions the read through from that reading to what consumers are actually doing has been that noticeable by its absence.
