What Does the Contract Say?

Contracts do not follow a rule of subjective interpretation. It doesn't matter whether either party said unless you could show that it amounted to fraud. What matters is what does the contract say? There is even a rule called the parole evidence rule, P-A-R-O-L. And it says you cannot introduce extrinsic testimony to vary the terms of a contract.
